Stu provides the management oversight that ensures smooth, efficient accounting operation. At Nogle & Black Mechanical he oversees the financial, budgetary, and analytical accounting as well as the human resource function.

 

Financial Expertise

Stu began his career as a staff accountant in the Boston office of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touché) in 1978 and has spent most of his career in public accounting.  Prior to joining Nogle & Black Mechanical he was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for a group of mechanical contractors headquartered in Peoria, Illinois.

 

Stu has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois.  He has taught at the University of Illinois and the Keller Graduate School of Management.

 

The Personal Side

Stu keeps busy attending his daughter’s track and cross country meets, and basketball games. When his work schedule allows, he assists in coaching track and basketball.
