James responsibilities include preparing detailed commercial Plumbing repair, installation, maintenance and services cost estimates and proposals for various commercial, municipal, educational, institutional, industrial and other clients. On design/ build projects, he provides computer-aided-design (CAD) drawings and specifications of plumbing systems that meet the high expectations of clients. When a project is under way, he handles all project management duties including scheduling, purchasing material, mechanical fixtures and equipment, managing manpower and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the client’s highest expectations.

 

MEP & HVAC Design/Build Expertise

James started his career in 1995 with BBA Engineering as a CAD Draftsman where he created Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC construction drawings. In 1998, he joined Henneman Engineering, as a CAD Draftsman and worked his way up to Plumbing/ Fire Protection Designer where he provided drawings and specifications for a wide range of MEP projects. He joined Nogle & Black in 2007 as Project manager/ Estimator.

 

He has experience with various Plumbing systems including Domestic Water, Sanitary/ Vent, Storm, Medical Gas, Natural Gas and Specialty piping (DI, RO,Grease Waste).

 

The Personal Side

James enjoys spending time with his two Border Collies. In addition, he likes to travel and attend car shows with his restored classic car.
