His areas of special expertise include budgeting, forecasting, negotiating, estimating, pricing, project strategy and product positioning. He has also overseen organizational restructuring, environmental permitting, cost reduction and product improvement programs.
During his years of managing local, regional and national accounts sales, Bob has worked with a wide range of sales and marketing organizations, ranging from start-up businesses to leading manufacturers.
