Lony is the voice of Nogle & Black Mechanical for our many service clients. When a vital HVAC or plumbing system has failed, the customer wants and needs to know that they are a priority and the problem will be corrected as quickly as possible. Lony provides accurate information regarding the status of a service call delivered with a caring tone that gives people comfort and trust in their selection of Nogle & Black for their service needs.

 

Expertise

Lony enjoys working with the public and has done so throughout her career. Working as a paralegal taught her how to deal with the pressures of time management and deadlines while working as a server in a restaurant during her college years taught her how to meet the needs of a demanding public.

 

Lony received a Degree in Applied Science from Parkland College and she is proficient in Microsoft software products.

 

The Personal Side

Lony is married and has one son, two stepchildren and two Yorkshire Terriers that she lovingly refers to as her “furry kids”.
