Value Delivered
Dennis helps clients in the Decatur, Illinois, area implement the high-performance MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) equipment and systems needed in today's complex facilities management environment. Whether it's new construction, a renovation or a retrofit, he and his team prepare "plan & spec" bids or design/build estimates that enable customers to make informed decisions about projects designed to help them meet their business objectives. When a project has been approved, Dennis and his team handle the many activities required to deliver it successfully, including establishing schedules and budgets, procuring materials, planning manpower needs, supervising site work and safety, managing the commissioning process, and providing a complete and satisfactory project turnover. The result is expert project delivery that exceeds clients' expectations, while providing long-lasting value.
